I found this Recipe in Cooking Light magazine in October and have been wanting to try it ever since. SO.....here we go. Let's see how it turns out. The picture always looks fantastic, we'll have to hope that mine looks just as tasty. I love to cook and can't wait until, someday, we have a home with a nice kitchen that we OWN that I can play in!! I have done pretty well since we moved to Ft Collins as far as cooking in our teeny kitchen, but I know I will be way more motivated to try more new things in a kitchen that is mine. Is that weird?? maybe. I'll let you know how this is!!! If it's good, I'll post the link to the recipe!
